What you will do

• Identify and implement AI-driven tools and workflows to improve growth and execution across portfolio companies.
• Partner directly with portfolio CEOs to diagnose operational constraints and provide hands-on support.
• Build and maintain systems for monitoring portfolio health, including financial, product, and talent metrics.
• Standardize governance practices and reporting cadences for board and stakeholder visibility.
• Develop and leverage relationships with VCs, operators, and strategic partners to drive capital and customer access.
• Represent the firm and its portfolio in industry settings and investor events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in venture platform, startup operations, AI operations, BizOps, or consulting.
• Must be AI-native with hands-on experience building practical AI tools, automations, and workflows.
• Proficiency with LLMs, no-code/low-code systems, data tools, and APIs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret company performance, burn rates, and growth levers.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with founders, VCs, and strategic partners.
• Excellent written communication skills for synthesizing complex information into board-ready materials.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise software, industrial markets, transportation, logistics, aviation, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and experience building playbooks from scratch.
