What you will do

• Experiment and deploy AI copilot and autopilot systems at scale to improve analyst productivity.
• Own end-to-end systems including API integration, prompt tuning, orchestration, and production monitoring.
• Build transformer-based ML models using diverse datasets like payment transactions and asset graphs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to deploy production-grade systems.
• Utilize Python, PyTorch, Snowflake, Airflow, and cloud services (GCP/AWS) for development.
• Leverage agentic tools to accelerate research, development, and documentation workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Machine Learning modeling experience with a preference for full-stack ML.
• Masters or advanced degree in a technical field like computer science, data science, or applied math.
• 3+ years of experience with AI engineering, Large Language Models, and traditional NLP techniques.
• Proven ability to build and deploy performant, production-grade ML/AI systems at scale.
• Experience independently owning and driving programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
