What you will do

• Analyze and translate scientific literature on nutrition and health trends into actionable insights for R&D and business units.
• Monitor emerging developments in science, nutrition, and ingredient innovation to identify new opportunities.
• Advise on nutritional strategies including sugar reduction, fiber enrichment, and fat replacement.
• Support the development of science-based health claims and ensure nutritional accuracy in product information.
• Translate complex scientific data into clear, business-relevant messages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare scientific papers, white papers, and training materials to support organizational nutritional literacy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Bio-Engineering, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Nutrition Science.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in R&D, food science, or ingredient innovation.
• Strong ability to translate scientific background into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset).
• Collaborative, proactive, and resilient mindset.
