What you will do

• Prepare and evaluate dispersions, solutions, and emulsions at pilot scale.
• Conduct process investigations and contribute to process optimization.
• Perform quality control analyses to support research and customer deliveries.
• Document and report experimental data and observations accurately.
• Support the scale-up and introduction of new formulations into production.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and manage raw material stocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Secondary degree in a technical or chemical field.
• Fluent in Dutch; English proficiency is an asset.
• Hands-on experience in a laboratory environment with a strong focus on safety.
• Technical knowledge of pumps, valves, electricity, or mechanics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple experiments simultaneously.
• Willingness to occasionally work in shifts.
