What you will do

• Design and execute experimental studies to optimize purification processes for biologics.
• Implement advanced chromatography and filtration technologies for intensified downstream processing.
• Develop scalable purification workflows, including chromatography and tangential flow filtration (TFF).
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools to provide data-driven insights.
• Author technical reports and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D, MSAT, and manufacturing teams to facilitate technology transfer.

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience in protein purification (affinity, ion exchange, HIC, mixed mode).
• Knowledge of downstream techniques such as TFF, UF/DF, and filtration operations.
• Experience developing scalable purification processes for monoclonal or bispecific antibodies.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to independently design scientific experiments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
