Engagement Coordinator

TL;DR

Engagement Coordinator (EdTech): Building relationships with students to facilitate their return to higher education with an accent on consultative communication and CRM management. Focus on managing high-volume outreach, assessing student needs, and coordinating with internal success coaches to drive re-enrollment outcomes.

Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: AL, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with students to provide clarity and confidence in coaching services.
• Engage with students to determine priorities, timelines, and academic next steps.
• Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and text messages to assess student interest and goals.
• Collaborate with university administrators to understand programmatic and financial options.
• Document student progress and interactions within the CRM system.
• Connect students with Success Coaches to facilitate the re-enrollment process.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states (AL, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI).
• Associate’s Degree or higher.
• Strong listening, communication, and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a private and quiet space.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education, call centers, or startups.
• At least one year of student or customer service experience.
