What you will do

• Oversee implementation and account management for assigned regional accounts.
• Design and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development sessions.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales opportunities, contacts, and training data.
• Collaborate with partners to support sales and training needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer requests.
• Lead online live chat and public webinar sessions for customers and prospects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in K-12 education, classroom, or administrative roles.
• Must reside in California with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 40% (up to 75% during peak season) predominately within California.
• Familiarity with ELD standards and California educational settings.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with grades 6-12.
• Background in ELA instruction.
