We are a proprietary algorithmic trading firm. Our team manages the full trading cycle, from software development to creating and coding strategies and algorithms. The firm trades across a broad range of asset classes, including equities, equity derivatives, options, commodity futures, rates futures, and more.

Обязанности:
— Build and manage sourcing pipelines for technical and quantitative roles ;
— Run proactive outbound sourcing across LinkedIn, GitHub, niche technical communities, competitor mapping, and referrals ;
— Conduct talent mapping and market research to understand where the best candidates sit and how to reach them ;
— Write personalized, high-response outreach ;
— Maintain a clean, well-organized pipeline and ATS so nothing falls through the cracks ;
— Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers on role calibration and feedback loops ;
— Build and nurture long-term talent pools for recurring and future roles.

Требования:
— 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a strong outbound/passive-candidate focus ;
— Experience sourcing in finance, fintech, trading, or highly technical/engineering domains ;
— Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills, and comfort with sourcing tools ;
— A structured, research-driven approach – you enjoy digging, mapping markets, and finding people others miss ;
— Sharp attention to detail: you can read a CV critically and spot inconsistencies ;
— English – B2+ ;
— Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
