What you will do

• Define and mature the Offensive Security function, shaping the programmatic structure of Penetration Testing and Red Teaming.
• Lead and mentor a team of offensive security engineers, setting performance goals and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end internal and external penetration testing engagements, including vendor selection and budget ownership.
• Execute red/purple team assessments using adversarial TTPs to test enterprise and product environments.
• Develop frameworks for using frontier AI models in the evaluation of product sources and attack paths.
• Communicate technical findings via actionable reports to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; no US work authorization sponsorship available (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in web application, API, and network penetration testing.
• 3+ years of experience building and leading technical product or offensive security teams.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, Go, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline security.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, CRTO, CRTP, or similar.
• Experience working with high-security environments subject to FedRAMP or ITAR regulations.
• Experience testing AI and LLM-based features, including prompt injection and OWASP Top 10 for LLM.
