What you will do

• Lead full-scope penetration testing and red team engagements from scoping to final reporting.
• Assess internal networks, web applications, APIs, and cloud environments to uncover vulnerabilities.
• Identify business-logic flaws and high-impact attack chains missed by automated tools.
• Validate findings from automated platforms and reproduce issues manually.
• Deliver professional, client-ready reports with risk ratings and remediation guidance.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with engineering to improve the product.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing.
• Strong expertise in web application penetration testing and internal network assessments.
• Experience conducting compliance-focused engagements (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2).
• Proficient with offensive tools like Burp Suite Professional, Cobalt Strike, and Metasploit.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted testing or agentic workflows.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CRTP, OSEP, or GXPN.
• Published security research, blog posts, or community contributions.
