Salary: $115,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Lead customers in achieving mature security outcomes using next-generation SIEM, log management, and SOAR functionality.
• Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating platform capabilities and defining technical roadmaps for customers.
• Operationalize Next-Gen SIEM within customer environments and expand their security use cases.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge transfer of Falcon modules to clients.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence product enhancements based on customer requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience with SIEM/log management (e.g., Splunk, Chronicle) and SOAR (e.g., XSOAR, Tines) in a SOC or consulting role.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud providers, including policy configuration and integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Powershell, Javascript, YAML, REST API, or Go.
• Experience using AI platforms for integration development and security data synthesis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in pre-sales technical scoping and requirements gathering.
• Industry certifications from SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google.
• Recent experience (6+ months) in a SOC performing analysis and triage of security incidents.
• Extensive applied knowledge of generative AI platforms.
