What you will do

• Oversee the production and delivery of the project's animation and artistic direction.
• Plan, assign, and track the animation team's daily tasks to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery.
• Create high-quality assets hands-on to bring immersive and authentic game worlds to life.
• Mentor animation team members and provide ongoing feedback on performance and development.
• Identify and solve creative, technical, and workflow challenges across different teams.
• Collaborate with the Animation Director to verify in-game animation quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Senior or Lead-level animation experience in the games industry.
• Mastery of body mechanics and animation fundamentals.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software, specifically MotionBuilder and Maya.
• Advanced knowledge of character rigging, skinning, and motion capture techniques.
• Strong people management experience and outstanding team spirit.
• Great communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
