What you will do

• Lead and manage the Marketing Assets Localization Team, including 2D and Video Localization Artists.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor localization requests for store screenshots, trailers, UA creatives, and in-app assets.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure localized assets meet brand and creative standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Localization Team and internal global stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement automation in localization production.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience in leading and managing creative localization teams.
• Proficiency in overseeing the adaptation and resizing of 2D and video digital assets.
• Strong ability to manage project timelines and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Experience with QA processes for promotional assets and marketing materials.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Ho Chi Minh City.
