• Travel regularly to various USCIS offices within assigned regions.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active membership in good standing of a state bar.
• Experience in advocacy, such as mock trial, moot court, or litigation.
• Ability to guide clients through difficult personal experiences while focusing on key facts.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox.
• Must be based in the United States.
