Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY or Fort Mill, SC); report to office 3x per week (Tuesday-Thursday). No visa sponsorship or C2C contracts available.

Salary: $122,000 - $228,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Own the overall strategy, system design, and operational execution of AI-powered agentic systems for high-profile clients.
• Architect agentic workflows combining LLM reasoning (OpenAI, Anthropic), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and API tool execution.
• Translate ambiguous business objectives into scalable, production-grade workflows and multi-step event-driven processes.
• Define and manage quantifiable KPIs tied to P&L outcomes to build business cases for new strategic initiatives.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI systems focusing on accuracy, latency, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, and compliance to embed AI-native workflows into operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital operations, product, analytics, or technical strategy roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI-powered automated workflows in production environments.
• Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, specifically LLM integrations and RAG.
• Proficiency in querying data with SQL and building visualizations in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; no H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visas.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in New York City or Fort Mill, SC.
