What you will do

• Develop, execute, and maintain functional, regression, integration, and UAT tests for Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks utilizing Salesforce-specific tools, Copado, and Azure DevOps.
• Identify, log, and track defects in Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
• Validate API integrations and perform data migration testing to ensure data integrity.
• Conduct end-to-end testing in pre-production environments for smooth CI/CD deployments.
• Maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and QA documentation to support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience, preferably in a Salesforce development environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules).
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with Copado for release management and Azure DevOps for tracking.
• Work Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-specific).
• Experience with Salesforce-specific automation tools like Provar.
• Knowledge of Performance and Security Testing for Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control practices.
