QA Test Lead

What you will do

• Lead testing initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
• Improve immature or inconsistent testing functions.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for testing.
• Utilize Jira and XRAY for test and defect management and reporting.
• Work with Azure DevOps for test management and reporting.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance roles.
• Proven experience as Test Lead, QA Lead, or Test Manager.
• Experience working in financial services and regulated environments.
• Strong experience with Jira and XRAY or similar Jira-based tools.
• Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps for test management and reporting.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or Newman.
• Awareness of web UI automation frameworks such as Cypress.
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Awareness of test data management and shared environment challenges.
• English at least a B2 Level.
• Availability for remote work in Portugal.
