(Junior) ETF Business Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive strategic and operational projects for launching, managing, and expanding proprietary ETF products.
• Manage relationships with ETF issuers, index providers, and financial platforms while navigating regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate go-to-market initiatives, communication strategies, campaign materials, press content, and social media content.
• Collaborate with management, capital markets, marketing, and product development teams to improve the ETF client experience.
• Oversee operational workflows, data delivery, and reporting for existing ETF products.
• Monitor ETF market developments and serve as an internal knowledge centre for industry trends.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience through internships or full-time work in financial services, fintech, or asset management.
• Solid understanding of ETF/ETP mechanics, index structures, retail investment trends, and financial markets.
• Strong analytical, project management, presentation, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and AI tools for data analysis; basic SQL or Python knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent German and excellent professional English, written and spoken, are required.

• Basic familiarity with SQL or Python.
• Interest in representing the company in media formats and at industry events.
