Project Manager (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; requires travel up to 15% for on-site customer engagements.

What you will do

• Own enterprise engagements from kickoff through UAT, hypercare, and production rollout.
• Lead the delivery pod, project plan, customer relationship, and alignment across workstreams.
• Manage governance, RAID logs, change requests, delivery gates, and UAT readiness.
• Handle demanding customer interactions, resolve issues, and determine when to escalate to executives.
• Coordinate with enterprise stakeholders, AI engineers, solution architects, and product teams to create scalable workflow plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional project or program management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders and demanding clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive stakeholder management and simplifying technical discussions for business audiences.
• Experience managing scope, delivery risks, timelines, and change requests.
• Readiness to travel up to 15% for on-site customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, intelligent automation, or agentic AI.
