What you will do

• Prepare, manage, and monitor MEP project budgets and cost plans, conducting detailed cost analysis for MEP systems.
• Manage the full procurement cycle for MEP subcontract packages, including evaluation and negotiation of quotations and variations.
• Administer MEP contracts in accordance with project conditions, such as FIDIC or equivalent.
• Prepare interim valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts while tracking cost movements and financial risks.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for MEP matters on site, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and design teams.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial summaries, contributing to risk management and value engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor with significant exposure to MEP packages.
• Proven experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation processes, and international forms of contract (FIDIC preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and commercial management software.
