Senior Cost Manager (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Analyze cost reports and conduct regular reviews with senior management.
• Prepare detailed budgets, cost modelling, and benchmarking analysis.
• Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle, utilizing value engineering and cost-saving initiatives to increase client value.
• Monitor financial close-out and ensure settlement of all vendors.
• Oversee commercial change management, change evaluations, and RFP processes through to procurement.
• Lead commercial risk management efforts and review portfolio cash flow and earned value analytics.

Requirements

• Experience as a Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or equivalent from a consultancy or construction background.
• Proven experience leading construction projects.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in or able to work in Paris, France.
• Degree or comparable experience in construction, business, finance, or a related field.
