Senior Service Delivery Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Facilitate governance meetings, including Change Advisory Board (CAB), Problem Review Forums, and Availability Roadmap Planning.
• Refine and manage ITSM processes and tools aligned with ITIL and Nscale’s Service Management framework.
• Develop and maintain SLAs and OLAs to ensure customer requirements are consistently met or exceeded.
• Provide high-level reporting and trend analysis to ensure business visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Coach, guide, and train virtual teams to implement better ways of working.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore.
• Certified ITIL professional with practical experience managing ITSM processes in a busy Customer Service environment.
• Broad IT experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud, HPC, or Datacentre environments.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence stakeholders using a data-driven approach.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively within clear timelines.
