What you will do

• Actively participate in the tender and bid process, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process by identifying, analyzing, and implementing cost-affecting changes.
• Analyze bids and tenders to ensure optimal value for money for clients.
• Prepare final accounts and handle claims to secure the best value from undertaken works.
• Create precise estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Cost Manager, preferably from a consultancy background working on large-scale projects.
• Expertise in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Chartered status or actively working towards completing certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
