What you will do

• Plan, organize, and oversee all electrical-related commissioning activities.
• Develop commissioning goals and objectives to ensure scope, functionality, and quality expectations are met.
• Supervise, train, and provide feedback to commissioning staff, including performance reviews and workload prioritization.
• Lead the deployment of integrated data center and telecom infrastructure solutions across the EMEA region.
• Develop and manage standards and policies to optimize performance and efficiency during commissioning.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project execution phase to ensure high confidence and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or technology field with strong technical competencies.
• At least 5 years of experience in mission-critical facilities.
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in data center and telecom sectors.
• English: B1 level minimum required.
• Proficiency in SIC CAD and advanced computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
