What you will do

• Administer tender processes across multiple contracts, from General Contractors to professional consultants.
• Manage tender steps including bidder prequalification, issue, queries, submissions, and negotiations.
• Draft contracts and collate comprehensive contract documentation.
• Oversee post-contract management, provide administration advice, and track claims.
• Produce and process contract change orders in collaboration with project and cost management teams.
• Partner with the commercial team to advise clients on contract awards.

Requirements

• Strong research skills and in-depth understanding of legal agreements.
• Working experience with Ariba or similar tender management platforms.
• Knowledge of local and international contract laws and corporate policies.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and judgment skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset.
