What you will do

• Lead the tender and bid process from initial documentation through to analysis and reporting.
• Manage the change management process by identifying and implementing changes affecting project costs.
• Create detailed estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
• Oversee total project spend by generating valuations and cost reports.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and final accounts to ensure best value.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to employees to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally within a consultancy background.
• Expertise in pre-contract cost management, budget control, and cost planning.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Chartered status or currently pursuing the path to completion.
• Must be based in Paris, France for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
