What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for members regarding bookings, account questions, and refunds.
- Provide support to on-site trainers for occasional urgent requests.
- Handle all communications exclusively in writing via chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain a warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful brand tone in every interaction.
Requirements
- Excellent written English proficiency.
- Strong empathy and ability to read and respond to emotional tone effectively.
- Ability to make independent, sensible decisions without constant supervision.
- Reliability and a sense of ownership in a remote-first environment.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
- Must be based in South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, or Nigeria.

- German language skills.
