Location: Hybrid in Mississauga, Canada
Salary: CAD 125,000 - 145,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead the remaining Dayforce implementation for HR-owned modules, including configuration, testing, and stabilization.
- Act as the HR technology subject matter expert focusing on data integrity, compliance, and business requirement alignment.
- Oversee system workflows, security roles, integrations, and change control processes.
- Establish a comprehensive post-go-live support model including intake, escalation, and vendor management.
- Coach and develop a team of HCM analysts and HR Service Delivery coordinators.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for future Dayforce enhancements, upgrades, and process optimizations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada (Mississauga location).
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HCM systems, or HR shared services.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Dayforce HCM across multiple modules (Core HR, Benefits, Onboarding, etc.).
- Proven experience leading HCM implementation, stabilization, and governance efforts.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing technical and service delivery resources.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
