Cost Manager (Electrical Focus)

What you will do

• Manage commercial aspects of construction projects to ensure cost control and value for money.
• Assess and resolve change orders, contractual variations, and complex commercial issues.
• Prepare detailed estimates, cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Lead tender and procurement activities, including bid documentation and contractor evaluation.
• Monitor project expenditure and report commercial risks and opportunities to the project team.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.

Requirements

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.
• Ability to manage own priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for short periods to meet with clients and partners.
• Experience with data centres is ideally required.
