What you will do

• Develop and maintain full-stack features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Own feature delivery from initial design through production deployment.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Design and implement integrations with payroll, billing, HR, and enterprise systems.
• Solve complex technical challenges balancing scalability and performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding and engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like Svelte, React, Vue, or Angular.
• Proven experience designing APIs, webhooks, and enterprise system connections.
• Solid SQL expertise including schema design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience writing automated tests and supporting production applications in startup environments.
