Solutions Engineer (AI/Embedded Analytics)

Location: Hybrid in Ramat-Gan, Israel; Monday–Friday schedule aligned with global markets, with occasional early morning calls.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to demonstrate the technical value of the platform.
• Lead technical and business discovery sessions to qualify opportunities and identify customer needs.
• Build and deliver proofs of concept using dashboards, data modeling, embedded analytics, React or JavaScript SDKs, and REST APIs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Services, Product, and Engineering to progress opportunities and complete post-sales handoffs.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and enablement materials with Sales and Solutions Engineering teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on analytics, AI, and embedded technology trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, analytics or BI platforms, data warehouses, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency with JavaScript or a JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue; experience with embedding solutions is valuable.
• Understanding of data analytics, BI, modern data platforms, cloud solutions, and SaaS environments.
• Fluent English required; availability for a hybrid role in Ramat-Gan and occasional early morning calls.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or other server-side languages.
• Background in embedded analytics, AI/ML, or developer platforms.
• Exposure to sales processes and value-based selling.
