What you will do

• Lead senior-level strategy end-to-end for client growth and account delivery.
• Develop integrated, social-first strategies across influencer, community, and earned media channels.
• Partner with C-suite executives to define business problems and establish measurement frameworks.
• Drive business expansion by leading RFPs, proposals, and strategic pitches.
• Mentor and manage junior strategists, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Talent, and Paid Media teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in social, creative, or influencer strategy.
• Proven track record of leading strategy for Fortune 500 and enterprise brands.
• Experience leading RFPs and client expansion plans end-to-end.
• Fluency in AI tooling and emerging social/creator technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Must be located in Canada.
