What you will do

• Perform validation for infotainment and telematics products utilizing test benches and vehicles.
• Execute sanity tests, verify customer-found issues, and run full test cases based on specifications.
• Create and maintain structured test cases per product specifications.
• Utilize tracking systems to report, analyze, and track product defects.
• Conduct field tests and provide technical support to OEMs, including frequent on-site visits.
• Collaborate and share information with R&D and DQA teams in North America and Korea.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 30% (Domestic & International).
• Knowledge of in-car infotainment technologies and vehicle communication protocols.
• Proficiency in creating test cases and interfacing with bug tracking systems.
• Physical ability to lift/setup benches weighing up to 30lbs and sit in test vehicles for up to 8 hours a day.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
