What you will do

• Develop and implement quality plans for manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities including failure analysis and root cause identification.
• Collaborate with global partners and customers to resolve quality challenges and ensure transparency.
• Conduct QE studies and recommend design changes to improve production quality.
• Perform risk mitigation and ensure compliance with contractual and governmental requirements.
• Reduce inspection costs and prevent failure-related expenses through statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools and technical documentation.
• Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
