Frontend Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and prototype AI-native product interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Create functional prototypes of new HCI interaction models, including streaming responses and multi-step task flows.
• Translate design concepts into responsive, high-performance code with a focus on motion and usability.
• Experiment with UI patterns to clearly communicate AI progress, uncertainty, and recovery.
• Develop interfaces that allow users to supervise and redirect AI behavior efficiently.
• Collaborate with product, design, and ML teams to rapidly validate interaction ideas.

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering skills in React and TypeScript.
• Experience building interaction-heavy or experimental user interfaces.
• Strong product and UX instincts with the ability to identify usability gaps.
• Ability to prototype rapidly in ambiguous environments with incomplete specifications.
• Deep understanding of animation, responsiveness, and frontend architecture.
• Interest in HCI and designing for trust, control, and transparency.
