Sr. Staff Frontend Engineer (Global Operations Technology)

What you will do

• Lead major technology improvement projects as a senior frontend technology leader.
• Analyze the hirify.global Global Operations Technology web platform and propose architecture-level improvements.
• Create technology roadmaps with engineers and implement improvements incrementally across teams and organizations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into high-level frontend designs.
• Build interfaces that support repeated testing at minimal development cost, including pages for processing and visualizing large data volumes.
• Mentor engineers and help improve their technical capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with algorithms, system design, and large-scale distributed systems.
• 12+ years of professional coding experience with modern programming languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience building complex software systems successfully delivered to customers.
• Experience gathering requirements and communicating product features, technical designs, and product strategy to users, technical teams, and senior management.
• Experience influencing software engineering best practices within a team.
• Hands-on expertise across frontend interfaces and related technologies.
