Product Operations Specialist (Rides)

Location: Hybrid in Tallinn, Estonia (at least 12 monthly in-office days)

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder communications for Rides Product, producing executive summaries and cross-team briefs to keep leadership aligned.
• Design, document, and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, and escalation paths to reduce friction.
• Monitor and analyze rider and driver feedback channels (CS tickets, surveys) to surface and categorize emerging trends.
• Translate raw user signals and feedback into actionable briefs for product teams.
• Own and lead specific projects within the Rides vertical that directly impact user experience.
• Collaborate with PMs and analysts to ensure all insights are data-backed and paired with recommended actions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product operations, business operations, or program management within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to distill complex product updates into clear and concise summaries for executive leadership.
• Process-oriented mindset with a proven ability to design and document scalable workflows.
• Comfortable working with data, pulling metrics, and building reports to drive decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including a strong commitment to ticket hygiene.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia to satisfy hybrid office requirements.
