Frontend Engineer (Automotive)

TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (React): Building a web-based 3D design tool for automotive HMIs with an accent on high-performance UIs and C++ engine integration via WebAssembly. Focus on developing complex UI components like scene graphs and timelines, and optimizing real-time feedback for 3D designers.

Location: Fully remote until Q4 2025, then transitioning to a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Relocation to Poland is welcome.

A small, startup-style team within an established global company creating the next generation of Kanzi Studio for the automotive industry.

What you will do

• Build complex, user-friendly UI components such as scene graphs, timelines, inspectors, and 3D viewports.
• Develop within a modern React and TypeScript environment.
• Collaborate with C++ developers to integrate the frontend with the underlying rendering engine via WebAssembly.
• Ensure fast interaction and real-time feedback for professional 3D designers and developers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend workflows.
• Experience designing clean, interactive UIs for complex professional tools or editors.
• Ability to communicate with backend/native layers and optimize data flows.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw, Poland to support the hybrid model starting Q4 2025.

Nice to have

• Understanding of basic C++ and graphics concepts.
• Experience with WebAssembly, Three.js, WebGPU, or WebGL.
• Knowledge of Emscripten or game/3D content pipelines.
• Experience building Figma-like tools or animation timelines.
