What you will do

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting for capital markets funding structures, including tax equity funds, ABS issuances, and warehouse facilities.
• Analyze large datasets to support fund reporting and meet investor requirements.
• Build and maintain reporting templates and partner with technology teams to drive automation.
• Support FP&A, treasury, and cash forecasting activities related to hirify.global Finance.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure alignment.
• Identify and implement improvements for reporting workflows and data processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a finance, analytics, or business operations role.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work with large datasets and create structured, repeatable reporting outputs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional work.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC

Nice to have

• Experience in residential solar, FP&A, treasury, investor relations, or utility sectors.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms.
