What you will do

• Develop, define, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage resources and track costs to ensure adherence to timelines while adapting to changing priorities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate project requirements, progress, and risks to senior management and external partners.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to resolve issues promptly and maintain momentum.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Agile, IPMA) is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Eastbourne, United Kingdom.
• Confident use of Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects and prioritize multiple activities.
