Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote or Hybrid in Denver, CO). Must have U.S. citizenship and pass FBI fingerprint and background checks.

Salary: $120,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Conduct regular penetration testing and manage security scanning tools.
• Implement and monitor SIEM tooling to ensure robust threat detection.
• Manage compliance operations for frameworks including SOC2, NIST, and CJIS.
• Assess software systems and third-party vendors for security posture.
• Develop and conduct security training programs for staff and engineers.
• Evaluate and improve Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required and ability to pass FBI fingerprint and background checks.
• 5+ years of experience in security analysis or operations.
• Proven experience managing compliance processes (SOC2, NIST, or ISO).
• Experience evaluating security concerns unique to AI systems.
• Basic software development experience.
• Experience in public sector, government, or public safety environments.
