What you will do

• Build security protections into systems to ensure a secure-by-default posture.
• Collaborate with Engineering Teams on design reviews and threat modeling sessions.
• Implement and oversee compliance rituals for HIPAA, SOC2, SOC1, PCI, and HITRUST.
• Regularly audit platforms and tech stack for vulnerabilities and ensure timely addressing.
• Manage third-party relationships for penetration testing and other security services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the security domain with a proven track record of hands-on involvement.
• Expertise in the rituals and routines of security compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA.
• Adaptability and flexibility to engage with security challenges at enterprise and client levels.
• Ability to write code to automate security and audit systems, networks, and IT setups.
