What you will do

• Develop end-to-end features from initial design and implementation to production rollout.
• Build and operate scalable backend services within a microservices architecture.
• Participate in system design and architecture planning, contributing to core technical decisions.
• Implement and tune asynchronous, message-driven components using Redis Streams.
• Write maintainable code with high test coverage and actively participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years focused on Node.js.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade SaaS backend services.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and reliability patterns.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating LLM-powered workflows.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Redis, specifically Redis Streams or similar pub/sub processing.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for strong written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and data pipelines or analytics.
• Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based production environments.
