What you will do

• Coordinate and execute the full employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support, managing the People Operations ticket queue.
• Administer employee benefits, leave coordination, and handle HR compliance activities and audits.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, personnel files, and operational reporting dashboards.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, and IT teams to optimize cross-functional employee operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Proven experience working within an HRIS platform and understanding of employment law fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets and Docs.
• Must be based in Houston for full-time onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience administering employee benefits and leave programs.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certifications.
