What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with state, local, and congressional officials through stakeholder mapping and briefing preparation.
• Partner with industry associations, chambers of commerce, and technology networks to represent the company at community events.
• Engage with community organizations and nonprofits to align engagement strategies with local priorities.
• Conduct research and analysis on policy initiatives, economic development, and regional security to produce actionable memos.
• Coordinate between on-island government relations and internal product/mission teams to align messaging.
• Provide operational and administrative support for event logistics and scheduling in Hawaiʻi.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in public policy, government relations, or civic engagement.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and proactively in a lightly structured environment.
• Familiarity with Hawaiʻi’s policy and community landscape.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi.
