What you will do

• Support the CEO and leadership with messaging, social content, and event preparation.
• Manage internal communications cadence and execute company-wide town halls.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including internal awards and recognition programs.
• Coordinate PR activities and executive participation in media and industry engagements.
• Develop thought leadership content such as blogs, podcasts, and social posts.
• Implement AI tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of communications.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills across executive, social, internal, and PR formats.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
• Proficiency in internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with PR and analyst relations workflows.
• Ability to work in-person at the Seattle-based office.
