What you will do

• Own the manufacturing engineering lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) through production ramp and rate manufacturing.
• Unify distributed Centers of Excellence (NPI, Additive, Machining, Assembly & Test) under a single technical vision and operating model.
• Serve as the technical authority for additive manufacturing, defining print strategies and post-processing workflows.
• Partner with Design Engineering to drive DFAM/DFM and optimize overall lifecycle costs.
• Develop and standardize tooling strategies, process flows, and validation plans across multiple sites.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical direction to a distributed team of Manufacturing Engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically within aerospace or complex hardware.
• Proven track record in NPI, prototyping, and high-rate production ramp.
• Strong expertise in DFM/DFAM, process validation, and production systems.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in cross-functional or multi-site environments.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory to obtain and maintain a required U.S. government security clearance.
