Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering (Additive Manufacturing)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite at the Centennial facility. U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 base salary annually.

hirify.global develops and manufactures jet propulsion systems for unmanned aerial defense using additive manufacturing, with manufacturing operations exclusively in the United States.

What you will do

• Own manufacturing engineering strategy and execution from new product introduction through production ramp and rate manufacturing.
• Lead manufacturing release readiness, including critical-to-quality requirements, process capability, transfer gates, line balancing, and tooling and fixture readiness.
• Align NPI, Additive, Machining, and Assembly & Test Centers of Excellence under a unified operating model across multiple sites.
• Serve as the technical authority for additive manufacturing, defining print strategies, post-processing workflows, yield optimization, and DFAM adoption.
• Partner with Design Engineering to improve manufacturability, optimize lifecycle cost, and establish production feedback loops.
• Lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineers while improving yield, throughput, cost, automation, and process validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or complex hardware.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams in a multi-site or cross-functional environment.
• Experience across NPI, prototyping, production ramp, and high-rate manufacturing.
• Strong background in DFM/DFAM, process validation, tooling, and production systems.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
