What you will do

• Manage project quality delivery and align team objectives with the Data Centre Development Project Strategy.
• Act as a visible onsite leader to assess progress and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities and partner engagement with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with clients for continuous improvement.
• Lead progress meetings to collaborate on problem-solving and communicate impacts to partners.
• Ensure project procedures are strictly observed throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Over 20 years of experience in data centre construction and project management with increasing levels of leadership.
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction discipline.
• Proven experience with Hyperscale Data Centers or large-scale industrial/mission-critical facilities.
• Expertise in quality assurance and control within complex construction environments.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Groningen, Netherlands.
