What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize hirify.global's formularies and prior authorization (PA) criteria.
• Interpret clinical program performance data using dashboards to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Actively incorporate AI tools into daily workflows for literature reviews, PA criteria drafting, and data summarization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data & Insights, and Client Operations teams to implement clinical programs.
• Contribute to Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee meetings with drug evaluations and performance updates.

Requirements

• PharmD degree.
• Active pharmacist licensure in at least one US state.
• 1–3 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, health plans, or PBM, or completion of a managed care/health-system PGY1/PGY2 residency.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in a professional context.
• Working knowledge of formulary management and PA criteria development.
• Ability to translate complex clinical data into recommendations for non-clinical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with PBM platform formulary coding or claims adjudication workflows.
• Familiarity with CMS formulary compliance requirements or Medicare Part D operations.
• Experience using AI tools specifically for clinical literature review and policy drafting.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
