What you will do

• Define and maintain integrated platform program plans with milestones, cross-team dependencies, and on-time delivery.
• Capture and integrate stakeholder inputs into program plans before design commitments lock in.
• Build and enforce dependency maps across Hardware, Software, Systems & Safety, and Ops; identify the critical path and ensure each dependency has an owner and ETA.
• Own executive reporting, surfacing risks early with data-backed Path to Green options.
• Track system V&V and overall test campaigns to ensure coverage, sign-off readiness, and milestone alignment.
• Build cross-functional roadmaps and champion tools for a single source of truth for program work at fleet scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical program management experience focused on cross-functional hardware, software, and systems integration programs.
• Proven ability to work across teams with meaningfully different development cadences (e.g., robotics, autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, IoT, defense systems).
• Experience building program structure from scratch: dependency maps, risk registries, executive reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including writing executive one-pagers and facilitating dependency reviews.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ADAS.
• Hands-on program tracking tools experience (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and demonstrated use of AI tools to improve program visibility and reduce manual overhead.
